The Pallet Pro Promise – Terms & Conditions 

We take pride in providing high-quality, reliable pallets to keep your business running smoothly. Here’s what you can expect under The Pallet Pro Promise:


1. Coverage & Eligibility

●    This promise applies to all pallets purchased from The Pallet Pro, including standard 48x40 pallets and custom builds.

●    For custom pallets, the guarantee covers the quality of materials and construction based on the design specifications you provide.


2. Quality Assurance

●    Every pallet we deliver should be ready to use and built to the agreed-upon specifications.

●    If you receive a pallet that is broken, unsafe, or otherwise unusable upon delivery, please let us know within 48 hours so we can make it right.


3. Easy Replacement or Credit

●    If a pallet doesn’t meet expectations due to a defect in materials or workmanship, just set it aside and send us a quick photo.

●    Photos are required in order to process a credit or schedule a replacement. They help us identify the issue, maintain quality control, and avoid repeat problems.

●    We’ll swap it out on your next delivery or credit your account—quick and simple.

●    Replacements are handled on your next scheduled delivery unless we’ve made other arrangements.


4. Custom Pallet Design Responsibility

●    Custom pallets are built exactly to the photos, drawings, text, or spec sheet you provide.

●    If a design issue arises due to inaccurate or incomplete information, we can help correct the problem—but any additional work needed to fix it may result in added costs.

●    Not sure if your specs are clear? We’re happy to review them with you before production begins.


5. Fair Use Policy

●    This guarantee covers genuine quality concerns—not damage after delivery, normal wear and tear, or shifts in how the pallets are being used.

●    If we notice repeated issues that fall outside these guidelines, we may reach out to review the situation and ensure fairness for everyone.


6. How to Submit a Request

●    To request a replacement or credit, just email us at promise@orlandopallets.com.

●    Please include clear photos of any pallets you're setting aside. This step is required for us to process your request.
